Services Description and scope:

Polar Custom provides automotive detailing, including ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection, window tinting, vehicle wrapping, and all related vehicle enhancement services.

On our website, we have provided service descriptions, quotations, promotional materials, and general information.

We can refer to what type of services a vehicle needs after looking at its condition and the services selected by the customer.

Additional services will incur extra charges and will be communicated to the customer before work is performed.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Once the service is done and it’s completed, then payment is due. While booking it requires a deposit, and the deposit must be paid at the time of scheduling and customer should know its non refundable.

For those customers who are not available or are not available at the time of services, they should update us at least 24 hours in advance. And if they don’t update us, it may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of any deposit.

Polar Custom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events.

Liability limitations:

Our main priority is our customers’ satisfaction, and we always try to do our work carefully and professionally. If your vehicle might already have hidden issues like scratches, previous repairs, thin paint, or any minor damage that we cannot see before starting the job.

Paint correction is meant to make your car look better, but it cannot remove every scratch or mark. And the final results depend on how old your car is, and most importantly, it depends on its current condition.

If something goes wrong, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for any extra losses, damages, or costs beyond that.

Ceramic Coating Warranty:

Its warranty applies in these steps

If it is professionally installed by our company
Customers follow all the rules and regulations and recommended maintenance and aftercare instructions.
The vehicle is regularly maintained using approved cleaning methods and products.
This ceramic coating warranty covers defects in the application and premature coating failure under normal use conditions.

These are the factors that warranty does not cover.

Damage caused by accident, collisions, or any misuse
Improper washing techniques or highly use of abrasive chemicals
Normal wear or tear resulting from vehicle use

Governing Law:

Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any conflict arising out of a relationship to these terms and conditions on the services provided shall be subject to the executive jurisdiction of the court located in Ontario, Canada.
